    Default OKUMA LNC-8

In the company where I work, we received an Okuma cnc lathe that does not allow us to move the z axis. W09- 4 alarm-D appears on the display.
In the description it mentions that it is referring to the Z axis.
Could someone help me with some advice or how to solve this error please?
