As a part of the above mentioned co-operation your registration and posting data will be transmitted to CNCZone as well as to IndustryArena. This is the only way to ensure, that your individual username / nickname can be chosen only once and may only be used personally by you.
    2. Emailing from Us When you register with the site, you are automatically set to receive emails from the forum operator. These will refer to technical issues, e.g. to complete your registration, to start the “Forgot password” routine or other contact by the forum operator.
Emails from the forum operator include Newsletters with interesting news of our portal and industry, and or advertisers with a special promotion for our members only.
To avoid any misunderstandings: If you receive special promotions you can always be sure, that we definitively have NOT sold your email address to a third party. At any time, you have the option to unsubscribe by writing an E-Mail to support@cnczone.com
    3. Netiquette INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE:
The use of inappropriate or offensive language is not permitted in these forums including, but not limited to messages, signatures, user names, or any other area which may contain user input for public display. Inappropriate or offensive language includes, but is not limited to, any language or content that is sexually oriented, sexually suggestive or abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, or that contains racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind. We ask that you please be considerate to other members in the forums when posting your messages.
      HARASSMENT & FLAMING:
Our members are not permitted to harass or "flame" other members or company. Please do not post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, violate the rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. Please note that this also includes the posting of taunts on a forum solely for the purpose of demeaning that forums topic and/or members.
      Criticism
Criticism is permissible, as long as it remains objective and does not contain any contents that may damage the business. Subjective criticism that only serves to degrade the person in question (abusive criticism) or injures in a defamatory or depreciative way or contains other illegal contents, is not permitted. Contributions containing such or other illegal contents will be deleted by the forum operator.
    4. Membership profile You have the possibility, to activate or deactivate the visibility of the personal data of your membership profile. The basic setting for all data is “visible”.
When choosing a user name it should be taken into consideration that it must not contain, complete or in parts, any protected and/or sufficiently known brand-/company- or product name respectively description! This is only exclusively allowed by company representatives, after having consulted the operator of this portal, who wishes to appear representatively with his account.
    5. Signatures and avatars In compliance with all other points of these guidelines, you have the possibility to give your membership profile an individual character by using a signature and an avatar.
That means: You may not provide information in the signature or avatar that advertises commercial entities or competing websites. Links to private web sites are permitted as long as they are not overtly commercial or promotional in nature. Any signature or avatar clearly offensive or pornographic in materials will be removed immediately at management’s discretion. No other type of BB code may be used only links.
We expressly require system suppliers and manufacturers, to reveal themselves by a clear signature and to act NOT with anonymous user accounts.
    6. Using the forums While these discussion forums encourage a wide range of opinions, please keep your posts focused on the topic of the forum in which you are submitting your message. Each forum has a different topic, so what is appropriate in one forum or thread may not be appropriate in another.
Do not discuss problems that you may have against a particular company's way of conducting business and or other issues that may be better dealt with them directly and in a way, that is not accessible to the public. Here, we are considering (not exclusively) e.g. ongoing legal proceedings. Direct support forums are to discuss questions or issues with the particular product they sell or support. No discussion in a political, religious or sexual orientation will be allowed to be discussed.
      THREAD TITLES:
Thread titles must reflect the full content and be fair to any person or vendor where things have been resolved. Please update the thread title by either adding the word RESOLVED to the title or re-wording the title to better reflect the situation.
      DOUBLE POSTING:
Please do not double post the same topic in multiple forum sections. We will delete these posts, as soon as we recognize them.
      SPAMMING:
Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly in one or multiple forums, is prohibited. Spamming will also be defined as posting advertisements in the general discussion forums for products for sale in the swap shop.
      DISCUSSING MODERATION:
Discussing Moderation in one of the public forums on CNCzone can be interpreted as reason for a ban or at least a time-out.
      POSTING IMAGES:
Forum members are allowed to embed images in their messages by linking to an image that exists on another site or downloading it from their computers hard drive. In addition to the copyright restrictions mentioned hereafter, users should also refrain from embedding any images of a sexual or offensive nature. Any links to clearly offensive or pornographic materials will be removed immediately at the forum operators´ discretion.
      POSTING LINKS:
In compliance with all other points of these guidelines, our policy on linking to other web sites is pretty simple. Members may link to any other site that provides information that helps answer another members question or is just of general interest to members of that particular forum. One of the most basic tenets of the Web is the open exchange of information, and the forum operators wholeheartedly support this type of exchange.
The only type of linking (besides porn and spam, of course) that will not be allowed on our site is when members solicit people to leave our sites and join a competing service and / or require a free or non-free registration. That's just common sense. However, people are always welcome to link to any on-line resource, whether it's on our site or any other site, in order to share useful information with fellow members.
      POSTING VIDEOS:
It is allowed to post videos, if these are in compliance with all other points of these guidelines. If not, we will delete any videos without explanation after we notive them.

      AUCTION, ADVERTISEMENTS AND CLASSIFIED POSTING:
Commercial advertising is not allowed in the discussion forums. Only contracted advertising is allowed to appear in the discussion forums. Please reference the advertising rates at Ad Rates.
It is permitted to post product and manufacturer announcements, but it is prohibited to attach images and to post links. Postings / Threads will be closed automatically 24 hours after their release.
If you are interested in posting auctions, extensive advertisements possibilities and classifies, please follow this link for further information.
No posting auction or classifieds in the forums please. No asking for bids or words that would lead the buyer to assume you are having an auction. No ads linking to external auction sites allowed in the for sale or discussion forums. If you have an item for auction at another site and are bound by their contract to fulfill the terms of the auction, please do not post the same item for sale at CNCzone. Post your auctions or classifieds in the classifieds section of CNCzone only.
PRODUCT NAMES, WEBSITES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
They may only be quoted in contributions as long as they do not serve to advertise. Contributions that are only aiming at advertising will be deleted. There are special areas available for commercial contributions and information. You will find further information under HERE
