    Default Spindle seize

We have a new VF4-SS and the spindle bearings just seized up. Air line pressure was a little high around 110 psi. The auto lube system appeared to be operating normally, sending small oils drips every 20 min. Could the higher air pressure cause the bearings to fail?

Any alarm code on the spindle driver?
