Previously, the machine's X-axis servo amplifier showed an HCAL error on the indicator. The T-axis amplifier shows BRK error on the indicator itself.
I sent both the servo amplifiers to be fixed, and both were back to normal without any error indicators on the servo amplifiers.
But then the screen shows ALARM MESSAGE: 436 T SERVO
As shown in the machine's booklet
436 Abnormality (broken wire) has been detected in pulsecode for T-axis.
I have checked all the 3-axis wiring connected to the motherboard from each axis encoder. After being checked, the wire and the encoder seem to be okay.
Then, I tried switching the T-axis with the X- and Y-axis. Whichever axis's connector is plugged into the motherboard socket of the T-axis will have a similar alarm.
Example: The T- and Y-axes are switched. The T-axis plug connected to the encoder is plugged into the Y-axis socket, and the Y-axis plug is plugged into the T-axis socket. Alarm 426 Y Servo comes on.
I am guessing that there is a problem with the motherboard's T-axis socket or something else.
