So recently my company upgraded our AXYZ 5010 Router table to the new A2MC system. Now before we had bits break occasionally but it was rare. When the upgrade was complete we had a lot of success in cutting ACM, Acrylic, and Polycarbonate. The problems began whenever we started to cut harder materials. Whenever we would try to cut 1/2 inch acrylic and 1/8 aluminum we could barely get any cutting done before the bits would completely snap. We reached out to AXYZ who attempted to fix the issue by altering the cut speeds and what not but it didn't fix the issue. We then tried to use a variety of cut speeds which just ended up in a lot of broken bits. I know it's nothing too serious as when we go back to ACM and thinner acrylics, the cuts are perfectly fine. Does anyone else have this issue? If so, what was your solution?
