Fuel tank top hat model

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this, but I need a model draw up for milling or turning on a lathe. Fairly simple model I just don’t have the time or software to do it as my fusion 360 license expired and this is for a personal project. Curious what the cost to have something like this drawn up would be?
