Multicam 3000 remote stuck on the welcome screen

Hi! I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this problem Im running a multicam 3000 and suddenly the remote frozen, tried to restart from the cabinet and stuck on the welcome screen any button responds. Everything says connected and online but the remote stuck on that screen. There’s something I can try? Thank you!

Check to see if the control board is booting up completely in motion mechanic, if you can see the system fully booting up then the issue is the keypad

Thank you for your reply! I tried and I didn’t have a successful rebooting ?? (pic attached), in April I change the control board for a new one for recommendation of the multicam support but after that I just got motor faults every 2, 3 days and now is frozen. Do you think is the control board again? Thank you in advance! ??
