    Default 4th axis setup (slave)

    First of all, 100% new.

I have setup my system, x,y,z all working properly. now I'm attempting to set axis a as a slave axis (for gantry).

I have set port/pin configuration, & it "SHOULD" be working. But, I have no movement. I am (after triple checking now) confident in wiring.

Also I noticed in the diagnostics menu, that upon x axis movement, mach is not recognizing a axis movement. this makes me think I have a setup issue.

Any & all help is appreciated!

Edit: Finally solved this myself. Seems my board required a separate power connection for 4th axis (quadruple check that wiring folks). Also, interesting note: it seems my mach screen doesn't "recognize" the change on A axis (show movement in diagnostic screen) I suspect this is probably a screen issue, but as it is now working, I'll come back to that later.
