TRUMPF TC6000L dias issue !!!

Hi , i just start machine and dias3 issue so i can not start up machine. On the dias pc is light out . look a like no power on it. Anyone in here is can help me solve this issue ?? can any tell me is fuse blow or a dias pc bad .
