Laser machine is disconnected

Could you give me an advice please?
I bought a laser with motherboard m2 nano (80w 1060 chinese). I installed coreldraw and corellaser, listed id motherboard, connect usb cable and usb dongle,but it still reports to me Laser machine is disconnected.

Please advise what I'm doing wrong?

i bought the same machine, I also could not get it to work. I ended up removing the control board and replacing it with a cohesion 3D board and lightburn software. It works very nicely now

Thanks. And just replace the board and reconnect the connectors and install lightburn or something else needs to be changed into the laser?

Replacing the board, and light burn will make it fully functional, but i also added a water flow meter, an amp meter and moved the cross hair button and table lift and lower buttons toa new panel.
But those things are just "nice to haves"
