Turret alarm

Hello,
I have a machine Hitachi seiki NR23. Now it alarm 543 Turret index error ( AL-14 Turret index fault ).
I don't have the manual.
Please help me.

what is the control on the NR23? What station does it say on the control and what station is it currently on?

Yes, It is Hitachi Seicos Yasnac LX3 - NR23 the control.
Now turret index good, but it Al-14 turret index fault. So I can not automatic

I have the same issue, Does anyone have a solution to this, I lost power on a tool change. I dont know how to unlock the turret to manually put in to tool 1 position to carry out the resequence process.
any help much appreciated.
