Kern HSPC EVO 538 with ITNC 530 Error

at this machine, the Control voltage for relay is missing error appears at the beginning.
Can you give me some tips, because I haven't received support from Kern Microtechnik yet.

Check the input voltage.
The cable is broken or loose?
Or the UVW sequence are not correct?

Input voltage was ok.
Problem was a 24V signal from emergency stop circuit.

maybe you can help me, we have problems with this Kern Evo again, namely, the y axis receives a false signal.
if we want to change the x or z axis manually, the y axis is also changed automatically...
Where does this signal come from?
