Harrison Alpha 400 servo fault, no code?

Hello all,

I have looked through the forum and have seen people posting specific servo faults that their 400s are throwing. I have a similar issue but I do not have the ability(or so I think) to generate a specific code from the fault.

After doing some research I believe I have the "version" of the 400 Alpha that does not have the fanuc control included. There doesn't seem to be a diagnostics screen to look at the fault codes.

The Fanuc main board is a a02B-0259-b501 series 21-tb.

All I see for warning lights inside the panel is a red LED on '2' on the Alarm indicators. All I can see on the operator screen is 'ALARM SERVO'

Any assistance on this?
