Help needed ! Fanuc Robodrill alpha T10C - turret not indexing correctly

Loaded an existing, proven program in this morning, and during first tool change, there was a loud noise, and the tool fell down on the table.
Now the carousel is positioned in between tool 1 and 2.

I did a tool restore, which did not fix the problem.
The machine indexes successfully, but always off the same amount.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Looks like some mechanical part inside the turret was broken.
