VH65 BOLT PATTERN

On a VH 65 rotary, what is the bolt hole pattern drilled in the faceplate?
I don't see it in any of the documentation.

The center locating bore is 1.625" at .25 deep.
Bolt circle options are;
1/4-20 on 2.345 b.c. 4 pls.
3/8-16 on 4.125 b.c. 4 pls.
1/4-20 on 5.34 b.c. 6 pls.
