EdgeCam 2021.1 don't run simulation

Hey guys!

I have this problem that every time I wanna run a simulation the Simulator windows just showing up and then suddenly it's closing. No error message, nothing. I've already updated the latest version of my VGA driver, I've turned on the "Use only software rendering" option too, tried to run the software as administrator or tried other windows version compatibilities, but nothing. Even tried these things only on the simulator's exe file.

Everything else is working fine, it's generating the program too.

It's a newly installed Windows, it has never seen any other EdgeCam yet.

Anyone have some solution for this?

What kind of license do you run? network or standalone?
Have you tried to "delete cache" before you open the simulator?

Thanks for the reply. Now I've tried to "delete cache", nothing's changed. I've got a standalone licence.

Ok, i actually don`t know how to help here, but you have an clean install?
You also have an old version, the newest one is 2023.1
If you contact your reseller i think you are able to get the install files for that
