hi guys i am a complete rookie in cnc world. Where i work , we buyed a twotrees cnc (TTC450) we have installed all drivers, but we have the z and y axis inverted on the offline controller, while the x axis is good. Can you please give me a solution and what's causing this problem? Thank you in advance.

Attaching photos or videos could be more easy to understand the problem.
like cnc and driver model names, alarm codes on cnc and drivers, etc.

The controller is the makerbase dlc32 v2.1 but is from another producer, because the TwoTrees give us the TTC450 cnc with a defective motherboard and we've changed. We buyed a new makerbase dlc32 v2.1 from amazon. The monitor is the MKS TS35-R V2.0 and is all the same but now Y and Z are inverted when i use the controller or grblesp, for example, If i click the "up arrow" the Z will go down and is the same thing with the Y axis.
