Need Help! PRT-E1500W Direction CCW & CW not working!

I have a CNCEST 6040 machine with the following specs":
Red BSMCE04U-PP Mach3 USB interface board
PRT-E1500W VFE
Water Cooled Spindle GDZ-80-1.5C 110V 1.5KW 10A 400Hz 24000rpm

I have re-set the VFE using the factory reset steps found on this forum
My Spindle wiring is as follows:

VFE-------->Board
AVI--------->AVI
+10V------->10V
COM------->ACM (Connection jumper to DCM)
FWD ------->OUT1

Does anyone knows if this VFE is capable of CCW & CW directions?
I cannot get it to reverse with M03 - M04. it goes the same direction no matter what.
I did a factory reset of the VFE and re-set all parameters
1) Reset the VFD to factory settings using this:
a) Set D001 to 1
b) Set D176 to 1 and press Func (this resets VFD to factory settings)
c) Set D001 to 1this allows you to change settings
2) Reset the VFD to 400Hz max operating frequency rather than the 50Hz default:
a) Set D002 to 400 (need to set this before D000)
b) Set D000 to 400
c) Set D003 to 400
d) Set D009 to 400
e) Set D021 to 400
f) Set D093 to 400
Not sure what is wrong so I have also attached pics of my Mach3 Settings.
