'Z' Referencing with Plasma THC

I have just purchased Bobcad and I am trying to get it running with my Plasma setup
I use a THC300 Torch Height Controller with Mach3 and Bobcad comes with a post processor that will work with this controller.
One thing that is missing in the post processor is the facility to limit the number of times the torch does a 'Z' Reference.
At the moment Bodcad outputs Gcode with a Z reference on every pierce.
I currrently use Sheetcam and that measures the distance travelled between pierces, and I can adjust it so it only Z references every now and then, saving a lot of machine time.
Is there anyway to get Bobcad to do this?

Can you post your post processor?

I am currently using the Script file supplied :-

Mach3plasmaTHCcut.bas

That code outputs the Z Reference command (G28.1)
I am assuming that I am using the software correctly by using this script?
I tried outputting the Gcode using the standard post processor but it did not output any plasma code.
