Very good to hear that the bazaar went well for you, and the spicy kababs sound interesting to me also. I just knew your CNC crafts would sell well.

    Thanks Richard and Irfan
After Overhaulin' of my Machine, I found nothing but Backlash in the Nuts.. so I just installed the Homemade Backlash nuts to both of X and Y-axes...

Today I cut the Fish bowl and the machine work great

For 12mm deep Pocket operation I used 1" Barley Twist Tool, for Profile cut i used 6.5mm endmill and V-carving was done by 12.5mm 90 degree V-bit...

The Platter Length is 610mm and width 250mm and the thickness 16mm.... TOTAL TIME 45Minutes with toolchange...

Very nice work yet again Khalid. By the time I finish my second machine I will have a lot of catching up to do on the software and crafts side of things.

your fish looks great , Khalid I have to thank you , you have rekinddled the thought of building a 4th axis so i've been playing for the last two days with an crude A axis directly driven with the motor , now its time to put on my thinking cap and do it right

is that the bear from the cnc4free tutorial ?

Thanks Curt I will suggest you to use gear reduction and don't drive directly.. Otherwise, if you directly drive the A-axis,You will not get resolution with large stock diameter...

    The Bear shipped with Artcam...

You can sell the wood chips to an MDF factory. It's just like recycling aluminum and steel chips. It's also good for raising turmites (whether you want to or not).

    Nice looking jewelry box project.

    Khalid,
I must say you are very artistic. Such beautiful work. I built the 4th axis for my cnc and I only wish I knew how to use it. I need to find some tutorials somewhere.
    Again, Beautiful work.

I know what I am thinking of for solving this problem. I will ask Khalid to help me design it and send me the gcode in exchange for reasonable payment. It will take me years to catch up to where he is already.

I agree with you - such nice work.

Khalid - you can keep the termites - we have plenty in the US already.

I will admit to wishing to have access to that special wood you have there (cannot remember the name, but I remember the look)
