Default SX3 motor system mods - US sources

    Hi All,

I have a G0619 I am in the process of CNCing.

In looking at getting more speed out of the spindle, I'd like to get a pulley to fit the motor the same specs as the spindle for 1:1 ratio. Yeah, it's not 4k rpm, but I'd rather retain torque for now. Can't seem to find anything in the US.

Also, I really want to install the LMS spindle speed control. However, I can't find any documentation how to wire it to my BOB, an Automation Technologies Inc DB25 (bought 6 yrs ago)

    Any help out there?

    Thanks,
    .
    FI

Here is the documentation for the LMS speed controller. https://littlemachineshop.com/images...UpgradeKit.pdf

    Yup, got that. Thanks.

Being electrically challenged, I can't piece together how I would do it with a DB25 BOB with 5V input. The documentation doesn't cover that (that I can understand).

    I understand the L&N wiring.

    Cheers,

    FI
