I would like ask for help about spindle speed, feed rate, plunge rate and step down (mm/min).
I'm only going to work in MDF, the shops selling those bits don’t know the rates.
Cleaning bottom bits are 10, 15, 18, 22, 25, 30, 58 mm in diameter
Needle tip rounder bits are 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 16, 18, 22, 25, 32 mm in diameter
V-Groove are 22mm-90°, 22mm-120°, 32mm-60°, 32mm-150°, 16mm-60° mm in diameter and angle
Round bits are 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 18, 22, 25, 32 mm in diameter
Bowl is 45 mm in diameter
The answer is "it depends"-you provide no information about the machine that will be used and a cheap 3018 machine from ebay won't be able to run at the same rate as a large industrial machine.Take a look at this page https://www.shopbottools.com/ShopBot...sandSpeeds.pdf .There are others out there if you search for them and they will all give a starting point from which you may decide to experiment in any direction that seems interesting.
I do not really find anything on those shapes on feed and speed, especially the round shapes I find nothing and what should feed and speed be increased by with larger diameter.
