Possibly with a very high quality board ($$) and sharp, high quality tooling. Climb cutting is always going to give a poorer cut. We don't use common toolpath nesting. The minimal time savings doesn't make up for the poor quality.Any way around this other than not sharing the toolpath?
As for drilling, try solid carbide brad points, not carbide tipped.
