Look into a laser cutter; they work great on leather.
I'm looking into having a leather cutting machine soon.
Any ideas?

I've not had good luck cutting leather, at least the thick stuff I bought using my 40 watt laser. It will cut it, but instantly dried it out and curled up. Maybe more power along with more speed would work?
