Trying to troubleshoot new waterjet at work.

Hello, and thanks in advance to any help. Our water jet has been running for a few months and we have ran into a new issue.

While running the program, it first cuts the part in half and then makes a square around the perimeter of the part. Effectively cutting one large piece into two smaller pieces. The water Continues to come out of the Focusing tube for about ten seconds, After I hit the "pause" button. It also continues to come out when it should have a break in the middle of the program, as it resets from the first cut to start the second cut.

Any help, solutions,Or any type of knowledge is greatly appreciated. We are all self taught on the job, and none of us have any sort of background in it, so we are on our own here.
