Looking for FANUC 6T ROMS

Hello all guys My machine is on error 998 on rom 072

I've had a hard time trying to find rom replacement.

Hope someone could give me some advice.



control fanuc system : 6T
all roms are marked with digits series: 992
Vers 203.
