Looking to make a 5x10 CNC my budget is $7500

So I am looking to build a 5x10 cnc. I need plans and a parts list. My friend owns a machine shop and can cut and type of metal. I was hoping to use servo motors. Rack and Pinion . Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Why not just buy a used machine and do a retrofit if needed. A lot less work.

Here a few, I couldn't find a 5x10 on Ebay in your price range, but a lot of 4x8 machines out there. I bought a 4x8 Thermwood for $1500 a few years ago, and a customer of mine picked up two 5x10 Multicam machines, $12,500 for the pair.
