Need cheap CNC for small Aluminum parts!!!

Any sources, methods, and advice, on getting a CNC mill? DIY kit is acceptable, or link with parts to order.

I need it for creating small prototypes, no bigger than 20x20x20 cm. (NOT engraving please)

It should mill Aluminum with minimum of 0.005" tolerance.

< $1000 price.

Any help appreciated!

$US1000???....you will be very lucky to find such a beast.....if you have the mechanical skill and knowledge + machinery to build it the only course for you is to build one...….otherwise $1000 only gets you a toe in the door.

My suggestion would be an all welded moving table tubular steel build design.....that's a gantry type with the gantry fixed and the table moving.
