Budget solution for small screws

Dear forum members,

I am looking for simple budget turning solution
for production of small screws from Ti6Al4V.

Currently we are using Tornos Deco 10, 13 and GT26
and I am in discussion with Tornos for DT13
however theirs offer for equipped DT13
with equipment, bar feeder SBF-213,
HP pump, automatic fire fighting device
and oilmist extractor for about 180k EUR
looks for me like a bit too much.

Could you recommend any budget solution
for production of screws with hex stamping
for parts like that:



Diameters between 2 and 4 mm
Length between 6 and 50 mm
Batch between 1k to 20k
Material Ti6Al4V (HP pump required)
