Default Large 3 axis CNC router

I'm chasing a CNC router specifically for large wood patterns, Sturdy fixed gantry 3000 x 1500 x 500, 40M/min, 12-15kw spindle, BT40 tool holder, Tool changer, Ball screws on all axis, Servo drives...Any ideas? Cheers

I would expect something like that to be well over $100K in US dollars.
Is the 40m/min cutting speed, or rapid speed? If it's cutting speed, I think you'd want a bigger spindle. And HSK spindles are what's commonly found on routers.
    Something like this?

Thanks Gerry, nice machine but it might blow the budget.
I was thinking feed rate but certainly chasing the best cutting speed, I have my concerns regards tool vibration/accuracy on all the Chinese machines looked at.

40m/min cutting speeds will cost big money. Cutting forces are pretty high at those speeds, so you'll need a really good vacuum system, which would likely be $25K or more just for the vacuum pumps.

I assume you are talking about part holding, We have always fixed/screwed directly to the wasteboard?

The factory can make this kind of size mache, 3000 x 1500 x 500 for you.
We make this machine to USA

If you use high accuracy helical rack and pinion, it will be both fast and of high accuracy.

And think about the machine table when it is fully loaded, the table will be very heavy.

Another suggestion, is gantry moving on double ball screw on Y axis(3000mm).
Only from experience, have had both previously and the racks gave us problems, haven't used helical racks.
MDFs can be heavy but most the timbers we use are not.

Thanks for the link, your 5 axis machine could work without the HSD spindle (3 axis).
Can you do this if we accept the 1200 x 2400 table?

The machine is able to be loaded in a 20GP.

What about the height for MDF and timbers? 500mm? Or you need 500mm Z travel?

For spindle with BT40, there is two kinds of speed: mechanical one, speed up to 800r/min, electrical one up to 15000r/min

For HSK, speed up to 60000r/min

BT40 is good at high power/strength cutting,HSK is good at high speed cutting.

Which is more suitable for your work?
    500 height should be enough
    20000 RPM?
We need to run large diameter cutters for roughing and finishing wood, ideally 20-25 dia and at least 160mm long to reduce layers.
Previously I have had them made to fit 19 dia collets but will look at what is available with tips.
