    ... better late than never

    Yes on the Viper 200 series, the control side is opto isolated from the power side . So input signals and encoder are running off the low voltage safe side. The main power and armature connections can be floating .

    On my smaller low voltage drives .. V60 and S2L , its a single power supply with common ground for all
