Has anyone talked to larry lately?

I have been calling and e-mailing larry for the last 2 days and have not heard a word back. I have a customer that is down with a bad v95 drive and am in urgent need of a replacment of repair advice. The drive does not hold when powered up but will fault out ( 7 blink code ) or run away when jogged. Does anyone have any ideas? It is not a wiring issue as I can plug the motor and encoder into another axis drive and it works fine.

Actually i was in Las vegas and then we drive to Los Angeles. great trip !

Repaired and returned the V95 driver.
No blown mosfets . It was the TL783 voltage regulator had gone bad, probably due to encoder load.
