Attempting catastrophe evasion with my DIY concrete CNC router / mill

I'm not sure if this will be useful to anyone here, but I'm guessing that I would have found it at least interesting when I was setting out to build our 8 x 4ft steel and concrete machine, so here goes:
It's really 3 videos: a very condensed build log video (there are more on the build including one about the aluminum & epoxy granite gantry:


And a two-part adventure trying to use it

It is good to see you post your build on the Zone, I had seen your YouTube videos before, showing the do's and don'ts are very good for those who think everything is easy to do once you have a machine
