Create new Token In Code Constructor

Can any one help with simple example, how i can create and use a new token in CGD file.

Example:
1.
- Which file i have to open for edit
- where i have to write this code and compile to take effect.


2.
- Name of Token : User Token 100
- Assigned data to that token is : M45
- This token i want to use in START PROGRAM code constructor


This simple process will helps me to understand it.
