As with most Videos you can find, most have incorrect information, for one there shield connection is incorrect, most of these spindles have to be wired to the manufactures spec's which are below

If you buy the right size cable it fits these plugs with no modification to the plug, double shielded cable is not needed and both ends of the shield have to be Terminated Grounded for a VFD to Motor cable

You should get the idea from the photos below that what is in this video is what you should not be doing
