Help on details of TILING

VCP 11,
My project made up of two steps, POCKETING and cut out parameter with tabs.

First I defined the pockets, save and name.
I then defined the cutout with tabs, save and name,

I’m not sure but it looks like I need to do the tiling as below.
Tile 1, cut pockets
Tile 2, cut pockets
Tile 2, cutout with tabs
Tile 1, cutout with tabs

Or could I?
Tile 1, cut pockets then cutout with tabs
Tile 2, cut pockets then cutout with tabs

I’m unsure if I should have the file names checked that I want to cut with Tiling, I need clarification of selecting tiles and using the tiling utility.
