Any current Aspire users who are former Artcam users?

Hey Guys,

I took a few years off of CNC projects to focus on building a new company. Now I'm stepping back into doing some creative CNC projects and tried to load Artcam onto my new workstation... low and behold, Artcam is no more. My projects are primarily artistically carved wood projects, and I used a bunch of Artcam tools, such as draping a 3D file created from a raster image, over an engineered shape. I found this much easier, than trying to use Solidworks to create an artistic surface. At any rate, I'm wondering if there are other folks out there who were heavy Artcam users, who are now using Aspire pro? If so, what limitations and improvements have you discovered in the switch? From first glance, they seem to be very similar in form and function. Thank you in advance!!!
