Hi,
I haven't realised it until doing a very small job recently, but when I make a pocket path be it a simple circle or a more intricate shape with my 3.175endmill (yet to test with others) my path is very evenly around 0.4mm(0.015") to the right.
It doesn't seem to be missed steps as the whole cut is shuffled over by the exact same amount, and it's very clean, each pass aligns with the previous.
I'm using climb cutting on my cnc router with an endmill, the material is hard wood and other cuts, more complex ones, like 3d finishing and vcarve are perfectly aligned.
Thanks for any thoughts, Mark
