a google search tells me that Vcarve Pro v9.5 is available
Hey Guys:
I'm using VCarve Pro 8.5 software from Vectric. When I purchased my machine new, Vectric 7.5 is what I started with. Since then I have upgraded to 8.0, and finally 8.5 by downloading it free from Vectric Homepage. I am asking if anyone on here knows
if Vectric has released the 9.0 software to download at this time. I have not been able to find anything on the subject of free upgrade for licensed members.
Thanks Guys, FrankN

I see that as well, but thought 9.5 was for machines with 4th axis. Perhaps I need to look closer since I am behind times. Thank You for answering me, I'll have to check this out.
When you upgrade a previous product, you get free update for 3 months. So, if version 9 was released within 3 months of your upgrade to version 8, it would have been a free upgrade.
Most likely, you'd need to pay to upgrade to version 9.5, which should be $175.
While version 9.5 did add a lot of rotary features. version 9.0 added a lot more other useful features, especially with regards to the drawing tools.

Thanks Gerry, I have had my machine about 4 years now. I was thinking 8.5 came out about 1 1/2 years after 7.5 ( what I started with ) and downloaded it free. I could be mistaken, at my age time just keeps picking up speed. Thanks Again
