Question Pocket with thru bolt hole for spoilboard hold down

I need to replace my spoilboard and I would like to change the toolpaths in my file. The spoilboard has 16 elongated holes for a M8 x 25mm button head bolt. There are 2 toolpaths; the first cuts an elongated pocket .1875" deep to recess the head of the hold bolt and second cuts an elongated bolt hole from the floor of the pocket to the backside of the .75 mdf. The pocket toolpath runs first, then the bolt hole toolpath runs.

Is there a method to have vCarve Pro 9 to cut the pocket then bolt hole at each hold down location to cut down on the number of moves for the machine?
