RFQ for aluminum Electronics Enclosure

Looking for quotes for a prototype Enclosure. 1-5 pieces to start and verify fitment. 100-500 pieces for final production. Would like to know price for the first 1-5 pieces shipped to Oklahoma. Please quote with and without welding of the four corners of the enclosure. Without welds quote does not need to be folded into shape. They can be shipped flat. There is also numbering on one side of the enclosure.

Have .stp files of the top and bottom as well as .dxf files of the laid flat enclosure and numbers required.
