Good Morning,
I have recently purchased a CNC machine shop in San Bernardino and look forward to building relationships with other local shops as well. I just happened to have some 303 1/2" rod in my shop and made a quick sample for you. I was in a super rush and had a little adjusting to do but I dropped a sample off at your shop yesterday. Threads were GO 3414 and polished area was in spec. The largest dimension was already at the top of the material I already had in stock so I just left it for the sample.

The previous owners made custom dental tools for almost 20 years but covid killed their only customer... Look forward to hearing from you.
Shoot over your target price and I will let you know if I can help you out. It took us about 6-7 min with one operation, but I might want to do 2 operations because of the length etc.
