RFQ - spindle screw for Delta lathe 46-715 Tailstock

Just taking a stab here that someone might be able to make a spindle screw (#132) that is no longer available from the manufacturer for purchase, making the lathe useless. I would assume it's hardened and unfortunately I do not have a drawing of the part. The screw would need to be sent for duplication.

Please let me know what information you would need to give me an idea of cost to reproduce.
