For quantities, I am looking for 10-right front, 10- left front, 10- right rear, 10- left rear
6061 relatively small parts, loose tolerances
Looking for 2 parts, both to be made from 6061, .125" thick +/- .010".
I forget the type of aluminum that has the protective film on it and is a nice, almost polished finish underneath but thats what I am shooting for if you know what I am talking about. If you dont, I need a nice finish on these with a nice chamfer around all the edges. The look on these is more important than the function.
Overall tolerances are loose on these. Say +/-.010"
All I have are .dxf files for both. I wont be able to get anything else so hopefully you can work from this.
I have attached a picture of what I am making now out of G10. I have also attached another picture of the part that it will compliment. This is the finish and the chamfer I am trying to match.
