Forum would not let me add the DXF due to size limits, so here it is in a zip file.
Thanks.
Oh and tolerances are fairly lax. .005" to .008" should be plenty close.
Hi Guys.
Looking to get some more parts laser cut.
Not interested in plasma cutting. Will look at quotes for waterjet, but I think that may be too slow to be competative.
Here is a PDF and a DXF.
overall dimension of the parts are 7.05" long x 2.47" wide. These can be nested smaller than this width.
Looking to close and place the order one day next week.
Thanks for looking, and PM me for my email address to send over the quote to.

For 3K parts, would it be worth stamping?

I don't know enough about the costs involved with stamping, but I do know these parts can't have an "edge" like you see on some stamped parts.
We do run these through a finish wet sander to put the brushed finish on them, but I don't want to remove too much material making the edges very thin and sharp.

Too bad you are not interested in plasma cutting. I would like to quote if you did.
If you are interested in trying out plasma for this project or others, please let me know.
