so i run a kongsberg xn with a multicut head, im self taught and have a little over a years experience running the machine. i recently began working on a job cutting coasters out of 3/16" plywood, im using a wood router bit from cut guru (w2-625D) and have been having various issues while cutting. based on cut gurus chart, im running the bit at 50,000 rpm and 700 ipm, after cutting 2 rows, on the third row the bit milled into the mat and locked up the bit and wondering if anyone can give some advice on cutting wood and get some feedback on using bits from cutu guru and if there chip loads are accurate.
