Default Help with router config. settings

I am confused. Config settings are not controlling my router. Output settings: the router relay runs off pin 17. First, I don't know if should be wired "normally open" or "normally closed". The relay is powered as soon as I turn on the machine and will not turn off So, I don't know which switch in the config. turns it off. If I look at diagnostics I see the correct led is lit to switch on the router. If I switch the wiring on the relay to normally open then the rpoutret will not start. The other axes work fine. So, I know this is an output setting somewhere in the config. Help! (This machine was working fine until I disassembled it and got it running in a different location.)

    If it's Mach3.
The relays can sometimes be a pain to get right.

Normally on a lpt bob with relay on 17 I set up as:
Spindle in 'motor outputs' DIR as 0.
In 'outputs' I set desired output as pin 17.
'Spindle setup' M3 to desired output, M4 to a fake/empty output.

Now on the M3 output toggle 'active high' / 'active low' and this should see the relay go on/off. Select the desired action. Wire up NC/NO as appropriate.
Then it's a case of fiddling until you get it right.
