Default Cutting 1/16 smaller on all cuts

Cnc worked great untill i replaced bearings now it cuts 1/16 smaller on all parts. Bearings replaced on x axis and from company, zenbot cnc. Iknow its different setup than most but cutting smaller im hoping has happened to others. Cnc came with profile for machine and had ran good until this repair, checked cut path was ok, holes are undersized as well but are perfect circles so i dont believe its a slop issue.?

Backlash - a slop issue. Sorry.

If it was backlash, you'd notice flattening on circle quadrants. If it's cutting smaller parts now, maybe you had slop before, and now that your system is tighter, it's eliminated some. Have you tried adjusting the steps per unit to compensate?

Tricky one in fact. If only the X axis was modified with NOTHING done to the Y axis, then I can't see why the Y axis should have changed at all. Andrew's suggestion of checking the steps/inch all over again is a good one.

    Cheers

i have not, odd that its exactly 1/16 off on all cuts. I never had to mess with the settings before it cut perfect sizes. If tighter shouldnt it still cut right on? Circles are perfect roudness but still cutting smaller than it should.
