The manufacturer got back to me a few day later. Got everything I needed. Great customer service. I didn't know it was a holiday (week) in Asia which explains the delayed response.
Does anyone have a copy of the install disk for a click n carve be3030? It would be the bravo prodigy software suite.
I tried the manufacturer with no luck.
Will gladly pay time, materials and shipping.

Wow, the manufacturer already got back to me. Impressive customer service. I just posted this, and then I sent them an email. Not even 2 hours have passed and I've actually already got the software on my computer!
