In case of any controllers, we should keep ready with fresh and tested set of batteries and without switching of CNC, we should replace batteries, keeping in mind the polarity, with this backup will not get lost.

Hope replacement of batteries will solve the issue

    Hi Josh,
    I'm Tom from Phoenix.
I am having a problem clearing the X and Z axis over travel alarm on a Hitachi-Seiki TS15 using a Sigma 21L control.
So far I moved the ball screws manually off of the hard stop/limit swithes, but I can't seem to clear alarm.
I don't mean to brag, but I have over 20 years experience in causing alarms to happen, but even that hasn't helped.
I haven't cracked the electric panel yet, only because my instincts tell me "its Forbidden!"
Any help would be appreciated. I am an ex-musician. I'll give you free singing lessons via mindmeld
    Thanks.
    Tom

Hitachi Seiki HT20SII here with Yasnac LX3 -- just got it powered up in my own shop, saw it run fine on PO's floor.

I have a couple alarms that I can't get cleared and I am suspecting my power for one of them.. 240delta is what I have going into it. I have tried switching phases to no avail.

    First AL-3: Thermal Alarm
    Second AL-4: Lubrication Alarm

It was jogging fine until I returned it to zero, then it spit this thermal alarm and won't do anything. Anyone have a lead on what I could do to clear this thing? Should I get it under lower power first?

    Thanks,

    Madison

thermal alarm sound like a thermal overload is tripped. Lube alarm sound like the system doesn't think it is being lubricated. Check all breakers and overload and fill up the oil

Any idea where these thermal overloads are? I have looked everywhere, reset all breakers I could find but am still getting the AL-3 Thermal Alarm.

I managed to clear the lube alarm by cleaning up the sensor in the lube reservoir. PLEASE help, I need to get this thing running.
